Terms and Conditions

We design and manufacture mattresses with great attention to the quality of craftsmanship. Lensyl Products Ltd. is committed to providing you with comfort and longevity in ever product for years to come.

 

The limited warranty only covers the manufacturer’s defects. Lensyl Products Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims arising from misuse or extreme wear and not covered by any of our company product warranties. Normal flattering and/or softening of foam occurs with use and should not be mistaken for loss of resilience or product defect.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect and examine the mattress within 7 days of purchasing.

Length of Warranty

The limited warranty lasts only for the period displayed on the product inside the packaging and/or on the sales invoice accompanying this warranty card. The limited warranty starts from the date of purchase of the relevant product.

If a warranted defect is found within the specified years from the date of purchase, the mattress will be inspected and repaired or replaced with a mattress of a similar value.

All Foam Mattresses

If sagging or body impressions measure at 3⁄4″ or greater but only if the mattress has been
continuously supported by a solid matching foundation. Foundations are sold separately.

Innersprings and Hybrid Mattresses

• If broken wires are detected or protruding through fabric.
• If sagging or body impressions are measured at 11⁄2″ or greater, and only if the mattress has
been continuously supported by a solid matching foundation. Foundations are sold
separately.

Exclusions

Lensyl Products Ltd reserves the right to refuse inspecting and to invalidate the warranty
when a defective mattress is in an unsanitary condition due to blood or bodily fluid stains or
soiling, infestation or other abuse, or whenever the product failure is caused by factors other
than defective workmanship or materials.
Structural damage from moving or transporting the materials.
Structural damage due to the use of improper foundations and other support systems.
Change in personal comfort preference in addition to general softening of materials over
time.
* Ironing on the mattress voids the warranty.
